We test how well you can spell both frequently encountered words as well as obscure monstrosities. There will be written as well as on-stage rounds. Participants will be eliminated at regular intervals. We read out the word, and optionally, tell you its etymology, country/language of origin, and usage and you spell it out. Watch out for interesting variations, though.
Registration: On the spot during Mood Indigo ’08. The competition is open only to college students with a valid college I-card.
Team Size: Solo Rules for specific rounds will be declared on the spot.
